Unfortunately all the bell tents are now fully booked. There is some nearby accommodation available and quite a few Air BnB’s nearby, we’ve also booked a couple of glamping pods in the village so get in touch if you’re interested. You may want to book a taxi in advance to make sure you can get home safely at the end of the evening (carriages at midnight).
COVID restrictions may have changed our date, but the accommodation plan has just got better. You all know how much we both love an adventure, so it’s fitting that our wedding will involve a bit of camping! We’re going (fancy) festival style, with bloody beautiful bell tents on site for the Friday and Saturday night (the wedding is Saturday afternoon/evening). Don’t worry, there are hot showers and a chill out tent so you won’t be roughing it…
We’re getting fully-furnished bell tents which can come with double beds or single beds. They can actually fit up to four people if you are interested in sharing to reduce the cost.

The bell tents are furnished with camp beds topped with memory foam, quilts, pillows, throws, and cushions for as close to a real bed experience as you can get in a tent!
They’ll be kitted out with soft flooring, a storage box table, bedside tables, and a few other touches.
They also have internal LED lighting so you’re not scrabbling around in the dark and there are some pretty external lights so you can find your way home.
Note: the tents do come furnished with a sheepskin rug amongst the various decorations, if you have any issues with that let us know and we are very happy to ask that your tent comes without one.
As well as the hot showers, toilets, and chill-out/getting ready tent we’ll also be providing breakfasts for those staying onsite. On Saturday morning it’ll be a bacon or egg roll with juices and hot drinks. On Sunday it’ll be a full english with pastries and homemade granola. All the meat is reared, cured, and smoked on the farm (and undeniably tasty!)
Around the venue is utterly beautiful and there’s some great walks to explore if you fancy an adventure before or after the wedding!
To request to book you need to fill out this form and we’ll get back to you ASAP to confirm your booking and give you details about how to pay. Prices for the weekend (Friday and Saturday night) are £275 for a double, £300 for a triple, and £325 for a quad.
Camping not your thing? Feel free to book local accommodation but you may want to book your taxi early as it is a relatively rural location (carriages will be midnight)! Cars can be left at Lower House Farm overnight and collected on Sunday morning. Lower House Farm is in Longtown, HR2 0NT.
